Offline Database


Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

    If they make you feel angry or upset
 you are bound to feel much worse. Try  
 and develop a more positive attitude to
 menstruation. You may find it helpful  
 to talk to other women about this.     
                                        
    Warmth helps relax muscles and many 
 women find a hot bath or a hot water   
 bottle helpful.                        
                                        
    You can try rubbing your stomach or 
 your back, or go for a walk. Movement  
 and massage often help with the pain.  
                                        
    Many women find eating less before a
 period helps reduce the pain, but don't
 get constipated!
