Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

 Anti-Histamine tablets or medicine     
    These may relieve hay fever symptoms
 and need only be taken when required.  
 Some can cause drowsiness and are not  
 safe with alcohol. You can buy most of 
 them from the chemist without a        
 prescription, but you may wish to go   
 to your doctor for advice.             
                                        
 Nasal Sprays and Eye Drops             
     Sodium Cromoglycate is available as
 nasal sprays or drops and eye drops on 
 prescription only. They must be used   
 frequently and regularly all through   
 the hay fever season as they work by   
 trying to prevent symptoms and are not 
 so helpful during an attack.
