 The rules (such as they are) have been 
 kept simple:                           
                                        
                                        
 1. Only one vote per account, per week.
                                        
 2. The cut-off time for votes is Friday
    at 23:59:59. Entries with a later   
    timestamp will NOT be included in   
    the count.                          
                                        
 3. If entrants wish only to nominate a 
    "hero" or "wally", they should leave
    the "vote" frame blank and only     
    complete the second frame.
