   VOTEBOX: Introduction                
                                        
 There are many subjects on which       
 opinions are likely to differ amongst  
 the general public, where there are    
 really only two choices: either you    
 are FOR a proposal or you are AGAINST  
 it.                                    
                                        
 For example:                           
 "The 'highest bidder' approach is the  
 best way of allocating ITV franchises" 
                                        
 Or maybe:                              
 "Architects should be drowned at birth"
                                        
 Every Saturday, TMMC will select one   
 such subject and put it to the vote.   
 The result of the vote will appear on  
 the following Saturday.
